Is registration with Furst:Access complimentary?
Yes, registration is complimentary with no obligations—although an access code is required to request passes.
How does it work?
First, you must register an account with Furst:Access.
Then you can request passes by finding a currently open screening.
To request passes, you will need an access code, which you may have obtained from one of our partners—or you can request one
here.
How many leaders and influencers have attended screenings or events?
More than 70,000 leaders have attended screenings and/or events.
I am a leader in my community. Why did I not get approved?
We are very grateful for the leaders that have registered, and we do everything we can to make sure as many as possible get access to screenings. There are a number of factors that determine who gets access — including capacity of auditorium, number of passes requested, date/time of request, and pre-existing commitments to promotional partners.
Will my name be rented or sold? Will you spam me with announcements and promotions?
No. Because Furst:Access is designed specifically for top leaders and influencers your name is never sold, rented, or made public. We will only contact you if necessary and appropriate.
How many screenings and events are available?
New screenings and events are added regularly. Be sure to check back in to see what is coming up.
How do I get an access code?
Most access codes come through our hundreds of partners—leaders, organizations, churches, schools, and media partners. This prevents unrelated sites from accessing the available screenings. If you would like to request an access code, please
contact us.
I requested passes for a screening. Am I guaranteed passes or access?
No. Furst:Access enables you to easily request access to the screening or event. Attendance is not guaranteed. We must first approve your request based on demand, size of venue, location, and other guidelines. You will receive an approval email when approved.
I requested passes and never got an approval email. Now what?
You will receive an approval email once we determines that there is space available.
It is not uncommon for this email to arrive within 6 hours of your screening.
To check the status of your request, visit
your account. If it reads "Requested" we have not approved your request yet.
What do I bring to the screening and/or event?
Please arrive early and bring your approval email and/or pass, along with a government-issued ID. A representative will typically have a list of confirmed guests—please check-in with the representative.
I am at the screening and/or event and the representative doesn’t have my name or says the room is full. What should I do?
Representatives work many screenings and/or events a week, and mistakes are bound to happen.
First, be sure to present your approval email and/or pass. In the rare case that the screening and/or event is full, please
let us know. We will do everything we can to provide you with another opportunity.
Can I license this platform for my screening or event?
Yes, on occasion, we license the platform for use with independent screenings and events. The user data, however, is protected and not for rent or sale. Please contact us for pricing.
My Access Code Isn't Working
If you have received this message "Sorry, but you have entered an invalid access code." you are using a code that is invaild. Your code my be invalid for a number of reasons:
- You have mispelled the code
Double check that you have entered your code correctly. Codes are not case sensative.
- You have received the wrong access code from a partner
Please let your partner know the code is not working.
- The access code is no longer active
Sometimes codes are removed if they have been compromised or if they are outdated.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, visit
your account page and click on the "Remove Account" button on the bottom of the right column. Important: When you remove your account, you will no longer be able to create another account with your email.
